BETalyon is a personal betting tracker and coaching app. It does not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate real-money gambling. Any picks or insights are informational only and are not financial or gambling advice.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use BETalyon. You are responsible for using the app only where its use is legal for you.

• Keep your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to defraud, or violate these Terms.

• Premium is a recurring subscription billed through the store (App Store, Google Play) or Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from the store or in-app.
• Refunds follow the policies of the platform you subscribed through.

• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Don't upload content that isn't yours to upload.
• Don't use BETalyon to promote real-money gambling.

BETalyon is provided "as is." Picks, insights, and coaching are not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future outcomes. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
