Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by BETalyon to explain what data the app collects, how it is used, and how you can control it. Details are reviewed by the BETalyon team and updated when the product changes.

What we collect
- Your email address and password (for sign-in).
- Bets you log, including sport, market, odds, and units.
- Bet-slip screenshots you choose to import. Images are parsed and the extracted bet is saved to your account.
- Subscription status and payment metadata (via Stripe).
- Diagnostic logs (crashes, performance) used to keep the app stable.
What we don't collect
- Precise location.
- Contacts, calendar, health, or SMS data.
- Advertising identifiers or third-party ad SDK data.
- Payment card numbers — Stripe handles all card data.
How we use your data
- To operate your account and show your betting history.
- To generate personalized AI Insights and coaching, based on your own tracked bets.
- To process subscriptions.
- To diagnose bugs and improve the app.
Crash & error diagnostics
To keep the app stable, BETalyon uses a third-party error reporter (Sentry) to capture uncaught crashes and errors. Each report is limited to:
- The stack trace of the error.
- The route path where it occurred (query strings are removed).
- The app version and browser/OS family.
We strip email, user ID, IP address, and URL query strings before the report leaves your device. Session replay and performance tracing are disabled. Reports are used only for diagnostics.
Sharing
BETalyon does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers required to run the app (hosting, database, payment processing, AI processing). Each provider is bound by their own data-processing terms.
Your controls
- You can delete your account and all associated data from Account → Support → "Delete my account."
- You can export your bet log at any time from Account → Preferences.
- You can reset AI insights history from Account → Insights.
Regional rights
If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have specific rights over your personal data (access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection). To exercise them, email privacy@betalyon.com.
Age
BETalyon is intended for adults only (18+ or 21+ depending on your region). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under these limits.
